I would like to add that I have settled on FUBO TV. FUBO TV allows you to reorder the guide with your favorite channels at the top of the guide, in any order you want. Cspire is too slow to respond.

That's me below. Gave up on cspire tv. Tried philo and it wasn't bad. I now stream FUBO tv. It's great. You can move your favorite channels to the top of the guide. Just as good as a favorites list for me.

I am on my last nerve with Cspire tv. Two hundred or so channels and I have to scroll thru all of them to find what I want? PLEASE... implement a favorites list so I can weed out the ****. I will soon be changing to Philo tv for 20 bucks a month if you can't make Cspire tv more user friendly.

Almost two years since Favorite Channel List was suggested. Come on. This is something that should have been available on rollout.

A favorite channels list needs to be implemented right away. I am a new user, and I don't know how long I will keep Cspiretv if there is no favorite channels list. You need to look at Directv and mimic all of their features. I will be going back if Cspiretv doesn't become much more user friendly.

I gave up on cspire TV. So user unfriendly at all levels. I went to FUBO TV. Much better.

Hi Josh – Thanks very much for taking the time to provide your feature suggestion.
At present, you can schedule new recordings up to 14 days in advance via the search interface, and can ‘scroll’ forward in the Guide up to 7 days.

We had not considered some of the situations you present. And if we find that a lot of other C Spire TV customers are needing the ability to set recordings multiple months in the future, we will work hard to implement this feature.

Thanks again for the input and please keep any and all suggestions coming!

Hi Cara – Thanks very much for your suggestion. We are aware of this need and are working hard to improve what we call the ‘post roll’ experience. So when you’ve finished watching an episode, the system is smart and will know there’s another episode available to play.

Your input will help us prioritize this and include it in a future release!
    - Rube.

Another feature that should have been available on rollout. A year and a half later and nothing. Poor service if you ask me.

Hi – the H&I channel is carried by local network affiliates. We do not have the ability to acquire this network’s signal unless they are part of a local broadcaster’s offering.

So if your local broadcast affiliate (ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC) carries H&I and broadcasts that signal over the air (ota), then it will be available to you. If they do not, then it will not be available as part of our service.

Yes, and you need to be able to watch the current program in a small box in the corner of the screen while searching the guide, ala Directv.
