Add support for Samsung TVs

Samsung TVs that run the Tizen platform have a robust selection of apps that offer similar performance as AppleTV and Amazon Fire TV. It would be nice to have the C Spire TV app available on that platform where other services like Netflix and Amazon Movies are already available.

    Any updates on supporting Samsung TV's, we are about to start our service, and we use Samsung TVs in our house, and if this were native it would save us from having to add extra streaming devices just for the C Spire TV app. Everything else we use is already native on the Samsung TV platform.
